Lesson 1: getting started+listen and read
A- Objectives:
By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
+ give suggestion for a visit
+ review the use of “ used to”

1- Vocabs: to pray, to be impressed by, correspond, mosque

C- Teaching aids: Pictures and textbook, sub-board, flashcards
D- Procedure:
T shows the pictures (on page 6) and asks:
+ Do you know what the names of these places are?
+ Have you ever been there?
+ When did you go there?
Ss answer the questions.
T presents the situation: A foreign penpal is coming.....
T asks students to pratice in pairs:
Ex: Where would you like to take your friend to?
